Klifden Farm, a breathtaking family-owned sheep and beef farm spanning 500 hectares of pristine Central Otago landscape. Saddle up and explore our vast, rolling hills and rugged terrain on your own terms or with our experienced guide. Whether you’re a seasoned rider or simply looking to reconnect with nature, Klifden Farm invites you to bring your own horse and journey through some of the most spectacular scenery in the region—all at your own pace.

We offer a range of shorter, well-marked loops, perfect for new, learning or young riders. Whether you're looking for a steeper challenge or a gentler gradient, you’ll find options to suit your preference and riding time. Alternatively, choose from a variety of tracks that can take you on a 3-4 hour trek—or extend your journey as long as you wish!

And, for those without a horse, we also offer walkers access at $45 per day pp.
