Paulina's Tapas and Pizza Bar

At Paulina’s we believe in simple, uncomplicated and delicious food. We use the plate as our platform to serve the kind of cuisine that brings unexpected delight.

Paulina’s started as a restaurant, offering mostly international cuisine, and gained an amazing reputation for its delicious food. During the Covid - 19 lock down in 2020, once international tourists stopped coming to Central Otago, Paulina re- invented her restaurant ‘Paulina’s’ into a popular new bar that has quickly established itself as the new social hub in town, keeping the name Paulina’s but offering a total new concept and style.

“Astonishingly successful”, Paulina’s has always counted with the support of its wonderful local community who since the very beginning have embraced this new concept as their new local ‘pub’. The bar offers the perfect place for the community to spend time, catch up and socialise.

​Open seven days from 12.30, bookings are not required, the bar and eatery serve a tantalising array of cocktails, craft beers, local wine and refreshments. There is live music on the weekends including open mic nights and a large television to catch rugby games and sport on the big screen.
