Central Otago Health Inc provides a link between the Dunstan Hospital and the regions in the Central Otago Community.
Central Otago Health Inc is the sole shareholder of Central Otago Health Services Ltd which operates Dunstan Hospital.
Central Otago Health Inc has six elected members: one from each of the wards the hospital services - Teviot and Cromwell, two from the Vincent Ward, as well as two appointed representing service providers, the Central Otago District Council and the Tangata Whenua.
