Forfar Road Gallery showcases the skill and variety of the beautifully creative artworks created right here in our beautiful corner of the country.

The inspiration for the gallery was to showcase the talent that exists in the region. Proprietors, Janet Podham and Gordon Still, sensed a need for a destination in the town of Roxburgh that could display the works created by local artists such as Sheena Lassen and Dorothy L. Piper, local potter Marion Mewburn, wood sculpturist Murray Sheppard and Jeweller Julia Fast to name a few.

In addition, the gallery offers a selection of modern collectables focusing on high-quality, rare, or unusual treasures that can last for generations and take pride of place in any setting; vintage design and style items such as West German pottery, British and European ceramic and glass collectibles, and vintage audio equipment; and a select range of vintage and modern prints and travel posters.
