We are an organisation of mainly volunteers that are working to restore, educate and advocate for our unique dryland plant species of Central Otago and the special creatures that depend upon them.

We run weekly volunteer nursery sessions for plant propagation at the Clyde Railhead Community Eco Nursery. These plants are provided to community groups for projects on public land.

We welcome new volunteers at any time and have a variety of tasks to suit all experience levels and physical capabilities. Come and learn about our native plants and our local biodiversity. Meet with like minded people and make new friends. Spend time outdoors with nature. Help create a resource of local native plants for plantings. Get involved in plantings. Increase the local native biodiversity. Each session is followed by a cuppa and some baking.

We also hold planting days in autumn for our restoration projects and run field trips for interested people to learn more about our flora.
