Lauder Hotel
A great little country hotel on the Otago Central Rail Trail.
Built in 1904 the Lauder Hotel was originally the Lauder Railway Hotel and has a proud history of serving this area. In 1960 when rail services dwindled, the building was turned 180 degrees and moved to the opposite side of the section, facing the main road, which is where it sits today, snug between the Otago Central Rail Trail and State Highway 85 at Lauder.
Enjoy pool and darts or lively and interesting conversations with the locals.
