Off The Rails operates premium cycle tours on the Otago Central Rail Trail. We offer two heritage accommodation venues to discerning guests. Come and relax in the mighty Maniototo, there's plenty to do and see.
Railway Cottage
Enjoy a garden setting in our 3 bedroom cottage at Ranfurly - 2 double rooms & 3rd bedroom with 2 single beds. Full kitchen & cooking facilities. Peaceful location close to Rail Trail. There are 2 bathrooms one of which is ensuite.
Railway Retreat
A purpose built facility to cater for travellers who come to Ranfurly to enjoy the Otago Central Rail Trail, the art deco township, curling, golfing and other adventures. Three double units with heat pump, and free unlimited WIFI.
Relax in the spacious grounds and garden with family or friends. A BBQ is available for your convenience. Railway Retreat is perfect for groups of up to 6 people. Modern, peaceful and secluded.
