Our brewing qualifications have been designed to meet industry needs as well as offering a learning experience that fits with your lifestyle.

Otago Brew School has two key objectives:
1. Preparing the Craft Brewers of the future, and 2. Via our future craft brewers create exceptional quality true to style brews that beer drinkers around New Zealand can experience.

Otago Brew School aims to impact the craft beer industry by hitting it with a stream of well-rounded talent ready to hit the ground running and brew exceptional beer commercially. Commercial readiness and quality focus is what makes our graduates so employable. Our connections to local industry allow us to create real world study scenarios where mediocre results aren’t an option.

Otago Brew School Students are responsible for a fully functioning brewery. We have serious equipment, expert management, and only a handful of places for real deal students. We’re preparing the craft beer brewers of the future here. Brewing professionals who can immediately slot into any commercial brewery, and be capable of unleashing beers into the world as diverse, imaginative, and fundamentally sound as they are.
