Provenance lamb’s delicate flavour stands apart from traditionally ‘gamier’ New Zealand fare. A subtle sweetness complimented by ‘nutty’ (some say herbaceous) undertones, speaks of the unique terroir from which the lamb grows.
Nutritional value, omega and pH levels, colour, texture and other indicators of healthy meat are all carefully monitored through randomized, independent testing. Our lamb is guaranteed GMO, hormone and antibiotic free, and contains no artificial ingredients or colouring.
Our lambs live well because they are fed well and cared for at each stage of their life. More than feeding our lambs well, we look after them humanely and with respect. Our lambs are especially selected to thrive in their environment. They are raised and cared for on extensive New Zealand farms, freely ranging across hills and paddocks as they graze. When it comes to transporting and processing, every care is taken to make sure our lambs are stress free.
