Provisions is a manufacturer of gourmet preserves, jams, chutneys & sauces based on heirloom recipes that have been revisited with a contemporary twist.

Here at Provisions, we produce a beautiful range of artisan chutneys, jams, sauces, vinegars and condiments made from locally grown and sourced ingredients. 

Provisions has developed a boutique and sophisticated range with a strong regional flavour. All products are made with real integrity using the intensely flavoured Central Otago fruits. Central Otago is New Zealand’s premium, quality stonefruit and pinot noir wine growing region because of the Mediterranean climate that produces these intense flavours

There are no added preservatives, food colouring, nor additives in our Provisions range and our preserves are gluten and dairy free.
