Come and experience the hospitality of Solandra Lodge. Nestled in the Ida Valley, 10 minutes drive from the Otago Central Rail Trail, we provide affordable, quality self-contained accommodation.

Solandra Lodge provides quality accommodation at great rates for people cycling the Otago Central Rail Trail or looking to experience the wonder of the Poolburn Reservoir. Self contained accommodation is provided in the two storey lodge which can accommodate up to six people depending on configuration. The Lodge has been renovated to a high standard and includes all modern amenities such as TV/ DVD  downstairs and a Data projector with home theatre system upstairs, Dish-drawer, Heat pump etc. You’ll find space here to relax and rejuvenate after a day cyling on the Rail Trail. For those of you with young families, we’re family friendly(no charge for children under 13) and there are ten acres to explore, a tramp, sand pit and our children are willing playmates.
