For those who truly love their coffee - we’re proud to be selling Hummingbird's 'Merchant Of Clyde' roasted and blended coffee - 100% certified organic.

Our specialist baking team starts early each day to bake the goods for the cafe and produce the other specialty products sold. Freshly baked bread is also produced in the Olivers' kitchen and a range of rustic loaves are for sale.

The Merchant of Clyde's specialty condiments and preserves are also an important part of the experience.

The range of jams and chutneys includes capsicum, tomato and chilli jam; raspberry and plum conserve; apricot and passionfruit jam; roasted quince, apple and walnut relish; roasted beetroot, red onion and orange pickle and a green tomato and jalapeno sauce.

As well as products originating from a mix of seasonal, local produce, the delicatessen also features products with an international flavour - Italian pasta , as well as authentic foreign vinegars, spices, capers and saffron. And a wonderful range of cheeses.
