Thyme honey - unique to Central Otago contains antiseptic and has the highest antioxidant qualities than other honey. It is used:
– as a poultice for wounds, to prevent infection.
– to cover burns and scalds
– to treat sore throats due to colds or flu

Our honey is raw and has not been heat treated.
