Entering its 7th year, Eat.Taste.Central continues to celebrate our amazing venues, chefs and producers – and is a key part of telling the story of Central Otago as a food & beverage destination of choice.
This year, we’ve had much fewer dish entries and associated events. As part of this lower participation, we’ve removed the awards component and are focussing on the storytelling of people, venues and produce.
We’re 100% committed to supporting those who’ve committed to the event, designed special dishes, and used the event to give depth to the A World of Flavour storytelling platform launched last year. We’ve got great local and national partnerships with Central App, MiNDFOOD and Air New Zealand, who are continuing their support to lift awareness of Central.
