The Taonga Tūturu event offers a rare opportunity to watch expert museum curators from Tūhura Otago Museum meticulously identify and catalogue historic stone tools and artifacts found in our region.

From April 8th to 12th, visitors can witness firsthand how these precious taonga (treasured objects) reveal the rich cultural history of Central Otago. Whether you're a history enthusiast, local resident, or curious traveller, this is your chance to:
