This register is being developed by the Central Otago District Council (CODC) with the Teviot Valley Business Network and Ministry of Business, Innovation & Employment (MBIE) which is undertaking the NZ Battery Project.
The register will be shared with NZ Battery Project contractors and subcontractors completing geotechnical, environmental and cultural fieldwork in the Lake Onslow area.
Contractors will be provided with your business information to help them to support local businesses while they’re working in the area. They will get in touch directly with you if they have any queries about the goods and services that you are offering.
While there’s no obligation on contractors to procure from businesses on the register, this information will help them to buy local.
