My husband and I with our 6 month old baby in tow moved to Central Otago from our government jobs in Wellington in 2006. Fourteen years later and now with three school age girls, we love the lifestyle we have here.

I manage the Regional Business Partner Network, a government funded programme supporting businesses to grow, and oversee a team of advisors located throughout Otago.

Our family love the simplicity of life here with an airport only one hour away so we can easily hit the city and connect with family in the North Island when we want or need to.

We can get into the hills on foot or by bike within 50 meters of our gate and there’s great tramping and skiing nearby too. It’s a pretty awesome place to bring up a family and to be in business.
