Calling all tourism operators in Central Otago. Join us for an in person update on the significant projects that Tourism Central Otago have been developing, and that will provide opportunities for your business in the coming months. We also have a special opportunity to learn from Alexia Santamaria who is a skilled food and travel media expert. Alexia is here to help us bring the food and beverage story of the region to the fore.

Guest Speaker for both workshops - Alexia Santamaria
Alexia is a highly respected food and travel writer. She writes regularly for Herald and Stuff Travel, as well as Kia Ora magazine. She has also written for overseas publications like BBC Travel, Time Out International and Broadsheet Australia.

Alexia is extremely passionate about the New Zealand food story (she also works part-time for Peter Gordon at his Food Embassy, Homeland) and does PR training for tourist operators helping them shout what they do from the rooftops - well from the newspapers and magazines anyway. She believes every New Zealand tourism business has a great story, sometimes they just need a little encouragement and help to tell it.
